1. Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

2. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States (and United Kingdom, if applicable). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

3. Delivery Times

Our delivery timeline consists of two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.

Processing Time (Handling Time):

  • Orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time – PST).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

Transit Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier efficiency.

Total Delivery Time:

  • You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 14 business days after placing it.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order status directly through the link provided in the email.

5. Change of Address

We can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@stampscheapbuy.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after this window.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur with the carrier.

  • Delayed: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

  • Lost/Damaged: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@stampscheapbuy.com. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or a full refund if necessary.
